Preface

This manual contains the Help Files that are in the pull down menu in the SAFE EMS program that is used on a computer to run PSK31.

It also contains supplementary material such as schematics for the SAFE transceiver and supplementary information such as on forming TRIADs and LERNs. This manual may be found on the Internet but it is prepared in this format mainly so that it can be published in a spiral flat laying binder for easy reference when using the SAFE Transceiver.
