The concept and structure of the S.A.F.E. (Safe America For Everyone) Networking is still under development.

Broadly the ideas are as follows:

A. There is to be the SAFE Organization itself.

This is comprised of National Organizations
(primarily in the US and Canada at the moment -
although as of June 2013 there were 69 members in other countries)

The SAFE Organization has presently has:


National TEAM Leaders.

Regional TEAM Leaders for every US FEMA region.

A State TEAM Leader for every state in the 50 US States.


The next level goal is to have TEAM Leaders for each of the 500 Districts in the US.

Ideally the organization will reach the level where there is a TEAM Leader
for each of the 3,000 counties in the US.


B. There is to be a matching SAFE Ham Net Organization.


Initially, the Ham Net will ideally have a licensed Ham operator in each state
who will assist the State TEAM Leader.

As the system progresses, the goal would be to have at least one SAFE Ham Net Node
in each District -
and then eventually in each County in the US.


C. Eventually, (or in the event of a universal catastrophe such as nuclear WW3)


It is the intent that the organization will rebuild itself from the bottom up
using the previously established SAFE structure
but implementing LERNs
as described in the book: Society AFTER Doomsdady

In the interim, the goal is to inform/train members
through the SAFE organization
regarding the LERN principles.


D. Prior to an anticpated great catastrophe


the intent is to train both about LERNs
and the SAFE Ham Net


through the present SAFE organization structure

enhanced with a structure of TRIADs,
as described in the book: TRIAD
