This is the MAJOR OFFERING of all the 3 Rs and the webpal site. This was printed in a newspaper format and can be downloaded in that .pdf format for viewing or reprinting on a newspaper press. It can also be viewed in HTML Beyond social recovery we should concern ourselves with Reconstructing Society in such a manner as to remove the ills that brought on the nuclear holocaust - so that we shall not repeat that experience again.
REGISTRY: Family LOCATING and relocating
After a holocaust one of the major concerns that people will have, will be that of locating missing family members and finding a place where they can settle. The pages linked here will be intended to help provide that information at that time. At the moment they show potential nuclear targets but in the future the intention is to reformat them to show the actual disaster areas, paths around them and a link to the REGISTRY of survivors for each area.

The presentation and idea here has been superceded by the ideas presented in the link above on the reconstruction of society. Nevertheless, I leave here the earlier ideas so that those studying in this area can see these root sources and my progression from them.
Pencil: The Making of a Pencil
This is an essay that explains why people cannot live independently of others. It shows why the economic system has to be reconstructed. To reconstruct something does not mean to necessarily put it back as it was. Indeed, it is a chance for improvement and to remove what experience has shown were faults in the previous design.

In connection with the subject of entitlement covered in the previous section this section uses the insights of Andrew Carnegie who was one of America's foremost capitalists and its leading philanthropist to explain what he called "The Gospel of Wealth". The subject is really the integrity, morality, and motives that should be required of the managers of large economic concerns.
NWO: The New World Order-an introduction
There are many ideas about the New World Order. It was international anarchy that brought about the nuclear war and there will surely be a willingness, indeed an eagerness, to implement a system of international order that will eliminate the scourge of war. Here, there is presented the very varied thinking on the subject of many notables from over a century.
United Nations: Thoughts on Social Reorganization
This is a work in progress and the presentation itself is not in a finished form. It should be viewed more as brainstorming and an invitation to dialogue. I present here a concept for a total restructuring of the world government. If you will, a different concept for a New World Order than that proposed by the neo-con corporatist (facist) imperialistic alignment that arose among the industrialized nations led by the United States, and also totally different from that proposed by the communist camp or the Islamic Fundamentalists.
Freedom of Speech: Thoughts on Justified Limitations to Freedom of Speech
This is again a work in progress and once again the presentation itself is not in a finished form. It also should be viewed more as brainstorming and an invitation to dialogue. Freedom of Religion and Freedom of Expression are the two most essential freedoms to human existence. Having been a dedicated adherent to the J.S. Mills school regarding freedom of speech it was a major revolution in my thinking, and one that only occurred over decades of struggle, to come to the conclusion that there are justifiable limitations.
Angel Tongue: World Language Process
A premier project of this author is the World Language Process. The main activity, until now, of the program has been the research into the requirements of a universal auxiliary language. As a part of the reconstruction of society it will be necessary that some world body will eventually select such a language. The purpose of the World Language Process will then be the further development and promotion of that language. An experimental language candidate, called the Angel Tongue, is presented here.
